Renewal Of Construction Licence

The party/licensee has to submit an application requesting for renewal of the construction license along with a Xerox copy of the license issued.

No Documents.

Application has to be submitted in the Inward section.

The Engineering Section carries out Site Inspection along with the applicant.

Site Inspection report on the existing site conditions and ongoing work is prepared by the Technical Section.

If the work is found as per approved plans, fees are calculated and recommended for approval, if not the license is to submit a revised plan approved by SGPDA.

After the payment of fees, the party is issued the license renewal for a further period of one year.
