Non Availability Certificate

Ask for a standard Application form along with the required documents in RBD (Registration of Births Deaths).

1. Doctor's Certificate(original). OR
2. School Leaving Certificate (attested copies). OR
3. Baptism Certificate AND
4. An Affidavit

The duly filled application form and the documents are to be submitted at the RBD Section.

If the registration is not done previously the Certificate is issued after payment of fees.
